Buraydah Museum


Buraydah Museum is located in the Safra Area of Buraydah City next to King Khalid Cultural Center, Saudi Arabia. It is the first museum in Qassim region its architecture was designed based on local cultural values of Qassim region.

  1. King Abdulaziz Hall: Contains some of King Abdulaziz’s personal belongings as well as information about his life, the history of his sons who became Kings. Also, it includes video tapes that tell the story of King Abdulaziz when he united Saudi Arabia.

  2. Popular Traditional Hall: This hall contains artifacts which include old Saudi coins, postage stamp, weapons, hand made tools made from leather, copper and wood and much more.

  3. Library Hall: contains more than 6000 books covering many scientific topics.

  4. Public Relations and Media Hall: contains video tapes, images and photographic studio. All this media can be viewed in this hall.

  5. Scientific Hall: it contains the following wings:

  1. Saudi Aramco Exhibit Wing.

  2. Ministry of Minerals Exhibit Wing.

  3. General Exhibit Wing.
